Questions we get a lot
- What happens if a student belongs to two schools?
- They take a covered seat in each. Both schools count them independently against their seat pool — there's no cross-tenant accounting, no splitting, no shared entitlement. Students never see the difference.
- How does overflow work?
- Every tier includes a pool of Pro student seats (Starter: 0, Pro: 10, Scale: 40). Students beyond the pool are billed at the flat overflow rate per seat per month — $18 today. You see the exact next-invoice delta the moment you add a student.
- What if we stop paying?
- Covered students get 14 days of full access while we try the card again. On day 15 they get a migration offer so their logbook, endorsements, and progress stay intact on a personal Pro subscription. Your school's platform access locks at day 14.
- How does Founders Circle pricing work?
- Founders Circle is a limited partnership program with custom commercial terms. Reach out and we'll walk through a fit before anything is quoted.
- Do you charge per-CFI?
- No. The tier price is flat, regardless of how many CFIs, admins, or staff you have. Seats count students only.
- Can we switch tiers mid-cycle?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and pro-rate. Downgrades start at the next cycle. Students above the new seat pool silently move to overflow — nobody loses access.
